The Director of Roofing Operations will be responsible for designing, organizing, and implementing the entirety of the roofing division of the company under the direction of the Director of Customer Success. The Director of Roofing Operations is responsible for overseeing systems related to the operations, scheduling, and practices of Meraki s roofing team. This role leads quality control efforts and oversees several cross-functional relationships with roofing technicians, site survey technicians, field service technicians, solar panel installers, customer service, and the safety director.
